- Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and you will receive a notification with tracking information. Delivery typically can take 20-25 business days after the item has been shipped.

- Lost Shipments: If your order is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we are not responsible for the loss and no refunds will be issued. As this is a private sale in collaboration with our suppliers, once the product leaves the warehouse, any issues with delivery must be resolved with the shipping carrier directly.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. deal-nest.xyz is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will attempt to correct the address.
8. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed at customs, we will notify you via email. You will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package.
If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will refund the cost of the items, minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping charges imposed by the carrier.
